AnesthesiaReviews is a hands-on organization. While our services are detailed in greater depth elsewhere, our philosophy is based on the following:
- From time to time facilities will become disenchanted with their anesthesia services for a variety of reasons;
- Generally, these problems are based on the anesthesia group's organizational structure and deficient human resource practices that limit responsiveness;
- These problems can be fixed by AnesthesiaReviews based on our experiences, attention to detail, and willingness to confront the most difficult core issues;
- Anesthesia consultant's efforts are too short term and often too tangential to the real issues to have any significant meaningful long term effect;
- Anesthesia management companies are expensive, long-term, and complicated answers to short term issues; and
- AnesthesiaReviews will work with the local anesthesia group to make the changes needed to revitalize the facility's anesthesia service and restore the advantages of local ownership and collaboration to the facility.
